Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

For domestic orders (within Germany), we charge €3.99 on all items. 
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Shipping costs for international orders are divided into different country zones and flat rates. Zone 1 includes Austria, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, among others; shipping costs for this zone are €6.26. A fee of €6.72 applies to deliveries to Switzerland.

Zone 2, which includes countries such as Kosovo, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania, costs €8.36, while Zone 3 (including Albania, Liechtenstein, and Serbia) costs €10.88. Shipping to the U.S. is the most expensive: The base flat rate here is €19.99, with an additional €2.00 charged for each additional item.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 6-10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 6-15 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
